Who is Toysaurus Toy library for?
The ToyLibrary is open to anyone over the age of 18 who shares our values and is happy to become a member of the Toysaurus community and thus contribute to the functioning of the library. All details about the association are available in the documents section. If you agree with the statutes and internal regulations, join us! The easiest way to become a member is to fill out an online registration here. However, if you want, you can also do it on the spot at our library.
What are the benefits of membership?
We offer a wide range of toys selected to help to improve your child’s skills but also for provide a great deal of fun.
As a member you will have the opportunity to:
- borrow toys and equipment on favorable terms
- take advantage of our free library service, where you can take and leave children’s books. You can have them, pass them on to someone else or bring them back – it’s up to you!
- become a member of a community of parents tuned to the same wave
- discounts on gift vouchers donated to non-members of the association
- participate in the activities and organization of the association
We are working to ensure that our members also have access to renting our premises (eg for birthday parties) and other equipment related to the needs and care of children. Together we are building a community and planning various events for children and parents in our toy library, in which our members can participate for free. We hope that we will soon be able to offer our members additional benefits resulting mainly from cooperation with our partners.
How high are the membership fees?
Membership fees are set by the organization’s governing bodies and may be updated at the end of each period. Until 31.12.2022, the usual monthly membership fees are CZK 250, but we hope that those who can afford it will add a little more o support us.
The first membership fee will be charged on the day you apply for membership. Your next payment will be automatically scheduled for the same day each subsequent month. For example, if you sign up on July 1, your next billing renewal date will be August 1, etc. You can find this information by logging in to your member account or asking us in person. Any account changes must be made at least 48 hours before the end of the billing cycle to take effect for the next billing cycle.
What are the conditions for membership cancellation and refund policy?
Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time without cancellation fees. You can cancel your membership online after connecting to your account, by sending an email or in person with us at the library. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your membership at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You must return all the toys you have borrowed before canceling your membership. Cancellation of your Toysaurus membership will result in the loss of unused Toysaurus credits points on your credit balance.
How can I get involved as a member?
We will be happy to see you as our volunteer. We believe that everyone can contribute by something. If you are interested in becoming a Toysaurus volunteer, email us.
Comments, complaints and suggestions from everyone who uses our service are always welcome. Write to us or tell us in person during your visit. Your feedback is important to us.
Do you have toys that your children no longer play with? Give us these toys and we will do everything so that other children can enjoy them.
You can always support the activities of the association with a small or large gift. Thanks to you, we can offer our service in the future as well. If you do not have the opportunity to donate money directly to us, think of the possibility of shopping with GIVT, when you do not pay even a penny, but the association will receive a small amount from your merchant from the merchant.
