Hereby, as a candidate for membership in the sense of the statutes of Toysaurus, z.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”), I freely and voluntarily confirm that I have read and agreed to the valid statutes of the association of which I want to become a member. I confirm that in the event of my membership I will fulfill all the rights and obligations of a member of the association, I will actively participate in cooperation and fulfillment of the association’s goals and I will follow the statutes and internal regulations of the association as well as decisions of association bodies.

I further agree to processing and storage of my personal data for the internal needs of the Association. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll. of czech law, On the protection of personal data, and its amendements. I give this consent for the duration of my membership in the Association.

I agree I disagree with possible recordings of my person at events related to the activities of the association so that it is possible to determine my identity according to the display – in the form of a photograph, video recording, etc. I further agree that the association will use these records in the presentation of its activities.
